About Me
Hi there! I'm excited to be your physical education teacher. I've been teaching PE in LAUSD for over 20 years, and I absolutely love helping students achieve new goals—whether it's learning a new skill or beating your personal best in the mile!
I graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Spring, Colorado where I played basketball and still hold the single season 3-point shot record of 48.6%. I also received my Masters Degree in Sports Management from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.
Along with teaching, I’m proud to serve in the U.S. Air Force Reserve and recently achieved the rank of Brigadier General. If you or someone you know is serving or has served, I’d love to hear about it!
A few fun facts: I am a Packers fan, I've climbed to the top of Mount Fuji, Japan and I’m the go-to person for dealing with any big bugs that show up in the locker room.
