Title I is a federally funded program designed to provide additional academic support and learning opportunities for students. At Porter Middle School, we use Title I resources to improve student achievement, support school-wide initiatives, and ensure equitable access to high-quality education for all students, particularly those who need extra assistance in meeting academic standards. This program helps us foster a positive learning environment, enhance instructional practices, and offer interventions to boost student success.

 

All parents and staff are invited to attend the monthly School Site Council (SSC) meetings and the Annual Title I Meeting. The SSC includes the principal, teachers, staff, parents, and students, working together to support school improvement efforts.
