Level Up After School Intervention 

 

Level Up Intervention is an invitation-only intervention program based on a student's scores in English or Math. 

 

Based on a child's i- Ready scores and the previous year's SBAC scores a child can be referred to our tutoring program because he/she needs support or has learning gaps in Math.  Students will experience small group support from one of our Porter teachers and gain the skills they need to "Level Up" in their classes.

Level Up will Consist of:

• Data chats with your child to help them understand what they will be learning and develop self- efficacy and agency in them  
• 30 minutes of targeted support and lessons from Porter ELA and Math teachers
• 30 minutes of individualized and comprehensive lessons via the I-Ready platform to help get your child on grade level in their areas of need.
