Welcome to the 2024-2025 School Year
Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year. My name is Mr. Nicholson. This will be my eighth year teaching at Porter Middle School and eighteenth year teaching overall. I am a graduate of Cal State Northridge where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. I look forward to having successful school year filled with lots of fun and student growth.
I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment in my classroom. I believe that this allows students to take academic risks, learn from their mistakes, and grow from their positive learning experiences.
